Who We Are

The mission of the Newstead Historical Society is to ensure a sense of community by preserving and interpreting the Town’s rich social and cultural history through education and programming.

The Newstead Historical Society is a volunteer organization. Volunteers are essential elements of the Newstead Historical Society’s ability to achieve its mission. Unique to non-profits, volunteers are a vital resource in governance, administrative and service capacities.
